Learn how to play Middle Eastern rhythms For the Belly dancers ! Drum Classes With Moreg Zahm MONDAYS Meets 2x a month for 2hrs 7pm - 9pm Next class starts 2017: January 9th January 30th February 6th February 27th You will learn to play basic rhythms, hand placement, striking technique & drum positions on the 'goblet drum' , chalice drum, darbuka, debuka, Kratom, doumbek, dumbec, dumbeg, dumbelek, toumperleki, tablah & Djembes. To get the most out of your lessons and to achieve the quickest results, home practice & Public Jams are encouraged and taking some one on one classes are highly recommended. PUBLIC Drum Jams are held monthly - the 2nd Saturday at Daddy O's restaurant and a few other venues – please refer to website for locations/times. 4hrs /month (2 -2hr classes) session $40 pre-register/ month online. RSVP is highly suggested. Class size is limited. CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON and cannot be held over to a later date.** Drop ins -if you think you can keep up-- then drop in for the 2hr class for $25 a class.
